By accessing or using ProspectPort's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ProspectPort provides lead generation and business development services, including but not limited to:

• Targeted lead list building
• Multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
• Meeting booking and calendar integration
• Performance reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are as specified on our pricing page or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Refund Policy

Our pilot program includes a money-back guarantee as specified in the service agreement. Refunds for other services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by ProspectPort and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspectPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProspectPort and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
